The YAN Transit is a Community Interest Company founded in 2004 to develop a new kind of bus service. Our region is a dynamic and diverse community. It is our mission at Yavapai-Apache Transit to provide a high quality, efficient and affordable transit service to all residents of the towns of Verde Lakes, Rimrock, Camp Verde, Tunlii, Middle Verde, Cottonwood, Clarkdale. We provide an affordable mode of transportation for senior citizens, developmentally disabled, physically disabled persons, students and to provide a means for all residents to partake and be a part of the community we live in.

OUR MISSION

SPECIAL NEEDS SERVICES

We offer full wheel chair accommodations that allow us to lift your chair off of the loading area into our passenger compartment and secure your chair for safe transport to your destination.

INSURED OPERATION

We have two buses in use throughout the day that travel through busy thoroughfares and stop at designated sites to assure your safety while waiting and boarding your bus. Your safety is our first priority.

STATE COMPLIANCE

Bus operations require frequent inspections of equipment, updates on schedule changes if any and provide low-cost ticketing and non-competitive pricing that allows you to transfer to other local transit systems in Cottonwood and Sedona without additional costs.

Yavapai-Apache Transit buses run from the Yavapai-Apache Reservation in Rimrock, Tunlii, Middle Verde, Camp Verde and Clarkdale. A complete list of stops are shown on the schedule. Our buses are maintained in immaculate condition to deliver your party to their destination in comfort and style.
